Before you buy the format

The nasal spray is sold on the idea that it gets NAD+ closer to the brain than a needle does. No published human study has measured brain NAD+ after a nasal dose, and none has measured focus, memory or mental clarity after either route. The only NAD+ format with randomized placebo-controlled cognitive trials is the oral precursor, and those trials found the blood marker rises while the thinking stays flat.
